These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TreadSense websites and services that link to these Terms, including (1) the TreadSense marketing website (the "Marketing Site") and (2) the TreadSense customer portal located at portal.treadsense.ai (the "Portal"). The Marketing Site and Portal are collectively the "Services".

Use of the Services

  • You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
  • You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time.

The Portal and customer data

The Portal is a TreadSense-operated web application used by customers to view analytics reports and dashboards related to data collected via the TreadSense tire scanning app. Content in the Portal may include charts, reports, and operational insights generated from customer data.

If you have Portal access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

Demo requests and communications

If you submit contact information through the Marketing Site, you authorize us to contact you to respond to your request. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Intellectual property

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by or licensed to TreadSense and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law.

Links to other sites

The Services may contain links to other websites or resources not operated by TreadSense. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party websites.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREADSENSE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
