This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the TreadSense website located at treadsense.ai and related web pages (the “Website”), the TreadSense customer portal and related hosted dashboards, reports, and account services (the “Portal”), and the TreadSense mobile application and related mobile services, including tire scanning, image capture, LiDAR capture, 3D scan processing, and inspection record functionality (the “App”). Together, the Website, Portal, App, and related services are the “Services.”

  • 3D colorized point cloud data of tire tread surfaces
  • Inspection records created through the App
  • Measurement-related data derived from App captures and related processing workflows
  • User identifiers associated with your account and inspection activity

The App is designed to capture tire tread data and related records. Tread depth measurements may be computed on our backend systems using TreadSense patent-pending technology.

C. Information collected through the Portal

  • User account information
  • Customer configuration data
  • Analytics, reports, dashboards, and inspection history associated with your organization's use of the Services
  • Related support and administrative records

D. Information collected automatically through the Website and Portal

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Device type
  • Operating system

  • Pages viewed

We do not use personal information collected through the App for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
